Since the cost of buying new controllers is so high, I justified buying tools to repair them instead and at this point it's returned on the investment by just repairing my own controllers instead of buying new ones. The time it takes depending on what's broken and sometimes even the cost of the parts can outweigh just going to the store or ordering one online, I can get a wired Xbox one controller for $10 on Facebook right now if I needed one. Controllers usually fall into the category of cheaper to buy a new/used one than fix a broken one.
Can you not just buy a new controller? That's a proprietary PCB for the controller, you'll either have to buy a used one of the exact controller or search the PCB serial number to find another one.
